Mid-Columbia Fisheries is pleased to be working with the Cascade Land Conservancy, the Kittitas County Conservation District, and WSU Extension on a riparian restoration demonstration project on Helen McCabe State Park. Mid-Columbia Fisheries sponsors and supports projects to protect, restore, and enhance habitat for salmonids throughout our region. Projects include:

Livestock exclusion fencing
Fish passage
Instream habitat improvement
Sediment reduction (bank stabilization, road storm-proofing, and more)
Assistance with habitat acquisition
