Visual art of any media is welcome.  Art should celebrate salmon and returning salmon.

Participating artists are asked to donate a portion (10 – 100%) of the sale of the art to restoration of the river.  A special account for the proceeds will be established specifically for fish habitat restoration on the White Salmon River.

Art submissions are requested by July 31, 2012.  Please look here for more information.

  1. Yakima Tributary Large Wood Replenishment Environmental Analysis,
  2. Teanaway Forks Large Wood Trapping Design,
  3. Lower Cowiche Creek Floodplain Restoration Modeling and Design, and
  4. Buck Creek Large Wood Risk Assessment.

The first three projects are all funded by the Washington State Salmon Recovery Funding Board and other partners, while the fourth project is in development.  Please visit the Contractor Information page for the full RFQ and Appendices.  Summaries of qualifications from interested firms are requested by April 9, 2012.

Thanks to the hard work, dedication, and support of so many the initial stages of the Reecer Creek Restoration project are complete.  We will begin maintenance at the site this spring.
